Unfortunately, I can not access the information, as it is one of the minor glitches in the new site. I have subscribed to both your and another person's posts, both with retail-related questions.
As soon as I can access the info (yes, I check several times a day), I will post back to both of you with any relevant info - hopefully, my memory is correct
I note your comment about the difficulties experienced in getting into the Support Center - this is the correct section of the forum for your views - however, to make it more prominent, for the LS staff to see, try starting a new post with a clear (but polite

) Topic Title.
Something for all to remember - if you get a reply from anyone without "LS" before their name, then it is either an un-paid volunteer (like myself) or another Ad-Aware user.
