I need to determine the export classification of Ad-Aware 6.0 SE, which the Dept. of Commerce requires that I provide on an export license application that I am submitting for a laptop.

Does Ad-Aware use encryption for authentication? Encryption to secure information? Any other use of encryption?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
