My PC keeps restarting when scanning with the Aug 28 Definition file.
Its a Pentium 4 Packard Bell 2.8Ghz with 256 Mb ram and Xp Home.
Whats the problem?

There are any number of issues that could cause this behavior. We have all the known ones in the FAQ here:

yeah and these didn't work, and the old version did

Ok so I uninstalled the latest version, reinstalled my old version 1.05 I think, and downloaded the new definitions file manually and it's scanning away nicely, so whats up?
