when I start a scan, it reaches a certain point and freezes......what is displayed is the following.....

"software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\shellserviceobjectdelayload" what can I do to unfreeze and make my ad-aware scan work again??? Thanks for your help...

There are several highly effective suggestions from LS CalamityJane there which addresses the "Freezing Issue" and from and Ad Astra which addresses the "System Halt/Reboot" problems, some of which are caused by malware interfering with Ad-Aware scans.
