I was able to find:
%programfiles%\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Plus\Ad-Aware /full +update +auto
which throws an error. I am able to start Ad Aware with:
C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Plus\Ad-Aware.exe
but if I try to pass any of the parameters it throws an error and will not start. Has anyone run into this? I'm running WinXP SP2.
I emailed support a week ago and have not received an answer.

You need to enclose the path within quotes so the correct syntax would be:
"%programfiles%\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Plus\Ad-Aware" /full +update +auto
