I'm running Ad-Aware SE 1.0.6. Would like to know how to place an Ad-Aware shortcut in file Context Menus.

There is an option for this in Ad-Aware SE Plus and Professional, I am not sure if it is available in the free, Personal edition. Try this and if the option is grayed out it is not available:
Start Ad-Aware SE, click the gear icon then click on the Advanced button. On the right hand-side click to select i.e. is a green tick the option "Add "Scan with Ad-Aware" to Explorer. Then click on the proceed button to save the setting.
Then you can select a folder in Windows Explorer and right mouse click to select scan with Ad-Aware.
