I just upgraded to Ad-Aware from Ad-Aware SE Personal. Now I have icons for both applications and both appear to be in Program Files. Normally, on an upgrade, old unneeded files are deleted and you end up with just the updated application. Why do I still have both applications? Could the old Ad-Aware SE Personal be uninstalled in Add/Delete Programs?

Well we recommend to uninstall previous versions, since (unfortunately) sometimes files do get left behind.

Try uninstalling SE through Windows, but if that doesn't work then try using: Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove any trace of SE.
