I have a paid suscription, my adaware AE quit working, got error it was shut down wrong, at same time I could not install windows updates for netframework 1, AE I cannot uninstall to reinstall.

I have ticket into MS regarding getting their update fixed.

Also where is the new chat help button, I can't find it.

I would recommend contacting the support team.

Log in here: http://lavasoft.com/support/supportcenter/ (top left)

Then click on the button which says Contact Support Staff (right)
