I have had Lavasoft Virus Helix on my machine for a while now. My subscription is not supposed to be up until Jan 2010 I believe. I decided to try the lavasoft Firewall program, and was not satisfied, so I uninstalled it. Since uninstalling the firewall by lavasoft, I am unable to run the Helix program properly, retrieve updates, or even uninstall the lavasoft virus Helix software. I would like proper instructions on how to remove the progam, windows can not remove thru Add/Remove, and I can not delete the program folder due to mfc71u.dll running. I have turned off all visible running system files in msconfig, but yet I can not download another virus scan with Helix on my machine. Any help is appreciated thank you.
