Hello lavasoft tec helpers my computer usage is at 100% and my computer preformance. is extreamly slow i cant seem to do anything without something taking 5/10 mins to load i have used ad-aware everry prodocut to remove stuff

and when i listen to music it lag's so much to the point were my sound will lag and distort i cant play anygames becuz it will lag to the point were the screen will freeze

henching my computer will go into a blue screen saying memory dump cache or something


plz help me ill post my hijack log in the hijack section

only reason im hoping that i get helped quick is because i wont be able to use internet in 4 days ill be moving over state and wont have net for abit.

We'll have to cross that bridge when we come to it. If you're not helped before you move, the topic will still be here. It may be closed due to lack of response, but we can reopen it or you can start a new topic once you get settled and have internet access again.

well mate by the time i find a house and internet at my new place will take quite some time and by then my comp would probley get woese it's just stuck on100% cpu took me 20 mins to load this page and ive done all i can in safe mode with all the tools (spybot search and destroy super anti spyware Ad-Aware lavasoft) nothing seems to detect or anything i havent cleaned out my computer.

I understand your frustration, but I can't help you since I'm not properly trained, and I can't force somebody that is trained to help you. You could try other forums like this, but not sure if it's faster. Some users who can't wait decide to just wipe their HDD and start over or take it into a repair shop. It's really up to you how you want to proceed.

im not very rich :/ but yes well ill give it 2 more days then u can close this thread because as much as i understand they are heloing other's it's just really hard on my end is all nothing against anyone. thx u for taking the time to reply.

No problem, I'll leave your topics open and we'll see what happens. If you reply that you've decided to wipe the drive or whatever, then I'll close them.

There are plenty of other malware help sites you could try (BleepingComputer, for example, is one of them) just remember if you do get help at another site to let the other sites know this.

no because i whent on the trip and i just arived like 3 days ago and i only trust lavasoft with help.

Since nobody replied to your first HijackThis log, you can open a new topic with a new log and hopefully somebody will help. Sites like bleepingcomputer.com that Casey mentioned have volunteers who are just as qualified as the volunteers at this forum. There is only 1 Lavasoft employee who actually helps in the HijackThis forum - other volunteers from here may also be helping on the other sites too, that's why we ask you to let us know if you post elsewhere.
