Why does AdAware not detect RevSci.net and Quantserve.com cookies as spyware and delete them? These are two of the worst tracking cookie companies.

Tracking cookies are minor compared to today's malware, however, those two are major hitters when it comes to Tracking cookies.

I thought I read here that if the cookies are TAI level < 3, Ad-Aware takes no action? I think it's better to just add them to your browser's blacklist.
