I want my Spectorsoft to run without Adaware giving pop-ups telling the users of my, that's right my computer, that the software is running. I use it as a babysitting program. I've allowed it but the popup telling of Malicious software running keeps coming up. If I chose to allow it and I want it on my computer then don't show the popup if it has been allowed. It seems to me it wouldn't be hard for Adaware Guru's to fix it.

Thank you for reporting this. I'll pass it on to the developers. In the meantime, have you tried downloading the latest software updates for Ad-Aware?

I am a bit confused about the chain of events here, and would like to help get this sorted for you.

Are you choosing to allow the program when you detect it with a scan? And then it is blocked by real-time protection?

If that is the case you need to allow the product in real-time. You can do this from the Ad-Watch Tab --> Process Protection --> Find the process and choose "Allow".

If this does not work for you, please send back a detailed description and some screen shots and I will help further.
