Hi

I'm aware there have been problems with Ad Aware freezing when it gets to c:\windows\cursors on xp systems with SP3, but I'm getting the same problem on my vista system. I'm running with Mcafee, and the scan always gets to the same point and freezes.

Anyone any ideas?

I've updated everything, but no joy.

Thought so

Ad-Aware 2008 did suffer from this and we had no 'cure' here in the support forums. The only resolution seems to be to update to AE since I have not seen this problem with that version.
