I have ad-aware pay version . I got a bad virus a few days ago and i got rid of the viruses through a trojan remover. the trojan remover isnt running while i turn on the adaware program so there is no conflict. . But when i start adaware it scans for 8 sec then shuts off. then when i go restart adaware it it wont start or even turn on .. The program wont even come on . I reinstalled it and it does the same thing. . Any suggestions . Its the ad aware ae version .

Aside from the trojan remover, do you have any other security software, maybe Symantec or Norton? It could be that the cleaning wasn't 100% successful, so you could follow the instructions in my signature to post in HijackThis to diagnose your system. Otherwise, since you're a paid user, you can contact Lavasoft Support (also in my signature).
