Hi Lavasoft team,
I come from www.wisecleaner.com, today we received a user's email to say that your product Ad-Award blocked our products and report them "contains a malicious process", I think it's false positives. Our products are 100% clean, no any virus, SPY Ware etc.
So, I kind to request you to review our products and remove this false positives soon, thanks in advance!

Could you please ask your customer for more information and perhaps a scan log. What it is being detected as would even be helpful.
