Thank you for your answer, but i do not want to send a serial key again, but i need to change it, i could again use the full version! What is described on this page does not solve my problem! I see your profile, that i purchased Ad-Aware for 2 years and for 1 year licenses Lavasoft Personal Firewall. In this profile of the individual products, unfortunately i cannot change the serial number.

Contact Lavasoft (link in my signature) - they reset the hardware fingerprint.

FYI - this is free. You don't need to pay for a new licence - they just send you a new one which will work.
