Long time user, requested new license yesterday received installed new license on present software OK, but when tried to do Scan app froze, uninstalled and reinstalled Ad Aware same problem, uninstalled old app downloaded up dated version still same problem, starts to Scan then app freezes up.
Runs OK in safe mode also runs if I go to my computer Drive C and right click on Scan with Ad Aware Scan Mode shows Context menu Scan
not sure what that means.
Any help out there using Vista program ran OK before?
