Hey all,

I've been using the (free) AE version for some time now, and have absolutely no problems with it up until the past two weeks or so. Whenever I run either a full scan or smart scan, it would freeze up within a minute into the scan. Attempts to stop the scan are unresponsive. The only thing that seems to work is to completely shut it down and restart the program. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but to no avail. Any idea what seems to be the problem?

Hey Casey,

I'm also using Norton Internet Security 2008. I've noticed on the forum that there are occasionally other problems with having these two programs running simultaneously, but I just find it weird I'm only experiencing this problem as of recently.
