It is very difficult to get help cause I'm french and everything is in english here!

I have the Adaware 2007 Plus for the 9/12/2007 and for a long time I cannot use it anymore! (I paid 43 euros for 3 years for nothing?)

Please can someone tell me what must I do? I have my bill number etc (I tried to send a mail but nobody answers me).

Would be glad if someone can help me

Unfortunately, all the forums here are in English since this is the most widely used language.

Ad-Aware 2007 is very old and so you need to update to Ad-Aware AE. You will still keep your Plus licence . Uninstall Ad-Aware 2007 through Windows and then install Ad-Aware AE.

Yes you can.

As a paying customer you are entitled to contact them and this can be done by logging in to the supprot center

You should see a log in page - enter your account details there then log in.
