I have the Ad-Aware SE Pro build 1.06r1. My definition files are no longer supported but the website indicates that I should be able to upgrade for free. However, when I try to upgrade, I must login. I have had the same e-mail address since I purchased this product and I have some of the original e-mails sent to me during the purchase. The website however will not accept my e-mail address as being a valid account. HOW DO I LOGIN TO PERFORM THIS FREE UPDATE?

Once your license expires, the upgrade from SE to AE is free, but the upgrade to Plus or Pro is not.

I didn't realize that my license would expire. I understood that the purchase at that time was for ongoing upgrades and support.

The licences are valid for ongoing upgrades and support for the life of the licence.
To continue to receive support you'll need to buy a new one.
