have just got lavasoft 60th anniversary edition, every time i turn computor on , lavasoft detects this
win32.adware.bho and puts it in quarentine, i have remove it from there but next time i turn on it is
detected again

If you're getting a file which is not succesfully deleted after a reboot then the best thing to do is to read the information in my signature and post a HJT log in the HJT forum for help. Someone in there will be able to walk you through manual removal.
