In a few posts the administrators gave for fixing various problems, they have uniformly had this in their posts:

Neither of these links work. I've also tried other sites and these too are broken. Is there something we should know about this program? If it's still a trusted program, can you post new links to it?

Diagnostic software is meant to be used under the direction of a malware removal specialist. Chances are, either the software is obsolete or people were downloading/executing without being asked. If you need help with malware removal, follow the instructions in my signature.

I think it this case its the malware that's pretty much obsolete, fixwareout I don't believe is maintained anymore.

LS Atribune is correct, Fix Ware out is no longer used.

A tool like Malwarebytes AntiMalware or Ad-Aware are more then capable of removing this infection, and are the preferred tools to use.
