Hi,

I just purchased adaware plus and supposedly that gives me access to online help.

The e-mail that comes back fro the webmaster just directs me back to the support site.

I can not get answers to my problems on the support site, and there is no phone number that I can call for help.

I have two problems.

1. Under Registry Change, the window tells me that VSSVC.EXE is trying to make changes to the StartUp settings area in the registry.

Options are to allow or Block. When I click Block, the the same message just pops back. Should I be Allowing this?

2. A message constantly appears to say that a malicious process is running and that it can be fixed when the scan is done.
The scan finds no malicious process, but the warning keeps reappearing.

I hope that someone can help with these two concerns.

Also, I would like to know how to take advantage of support since I have paid for the program.

2. chances are, you're getting the constant reminders due to 1. being unresolved.
