I am trying top "upgrade" from Enterprise to Business, and I'm running into issues with the license... I have a valid license, and I am copying it directly from the website, but it keeps telling me it's an invalid serial number. I sent an email to support, but haven't heard anything. Is there something I should be doing? Has anyone else run into this issue? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
