Dell 3000. Windows XP SP2. Ad-Aware 2008 free Edition.
As soon as I log on a window appears offering a free update, I click down-load later, then a window showing Error1814, I click ok, then on some occasions the computer freezes then I have to close down. Trying to update again, a window displaying Error6100 appears.
The last up-date I made was the 17th July 2009. Some resolution would be appreciated .....in simple language please.
