Hello Lavasoft Tech Support,

I am James Liu,CSOFT IS manager. We've installed Ad-Aware Business Edition on server. It seems that this Business Edition works fine at server side. However, at client side, we find the anti-virus engine is gray.We have tried all our best and can not enable it. Could you please help me figure it out?
