They have the Adaware free version with the option to upgrade to Adaware Plus if you sign up for one of the offers. Well i did so at Stamps.com ,but no registratiom # was given. Trying to email customer service is im[osible, i have a better chance on flying to the moon. Anybody have an idea?

"I have the same problem. I signed up for netflix and for the free Adaware Plus upgrade and "NO REGISTRATION #" was sent to me either. Is this a scam?????

Cool username, I have a friend who's Bahá'í. First off, make sure the email didn't go to your Bulk Mail folder. Otherwise, follow Casey's advice and contact TrialPay - it's not a scam, they're a Lavasoft partner for the free upgrade.

Well ,getting a hold of Trialplay is a lot harder than i thought, left 5 messeges ever since, and its like talking to a wall. Kinda disapointing. Lavasoft Techs, can you help?

They won't be in our support center database until the offer is completed, so not really useful to contact our support team about trial pay orders since it needs to be resolved there.

Just as in those customers of ours who use an invalid email address (fearing spam) and then wonder why they get no response, make sure first they are using a valid email and (2) check to make sure it is not in spam or bulk folder due to overaggressive spam filters. (That is covered in the trial pay FAQ above)
