I am running a W2000 machine with Norton Antivirus and Zonelabs Firewall installed. The Lavasoft 3.0 Firewall installation displays a popup indicating these products are incompatible with LS 3.0 Firewall and I should contact LS support. I see no comments about such a problem in the forums.

Do I need to uninstall these tools? I hope not because I do not believe the LS Firewall will do the job of Norton Antivirus. I can see the need to remove Zonelabs but the popup is not clear about the actions required.

If you're a paid user, you can log into Lavasoft Customer Support via the link in my signature.

I think Norton Anti-Virus is a bit of a false positive in a way and rather what would be incompatible is Norton Internet Security, since this would include a firewall.

So, my suggestion would be to uninstall Zonelabs, but keep Norton Anti-Virus. Then if you have any problems uninstall Norton and see if this solves the issues.
