Microsoft have released two out-of-band security updates and an advisory:

Microsoft Security Advisory 973882
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS09-034 for Internet Explorer
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS09-035 for Visual Studio

These updates are available though the normal Windows update.
