I am a beta tester and receive emails regarding my account. The problem is that I can not log into the beta area to download and test the latest. The error I receive is that it does not recognise my email. I receive the same error when trying to reset my password: "not recognized as a user name or an e-mail address." I have sent messages to "LSxxxxx" with no response.

I has same issue for a few days but it works now.

They had put up a Beta too early (what I was told), I managed to grab it and then it was pulled along with all Beta Forum posts on it.

There is a newer Beta now and forum is up again.

And that's exactly same issue I had, problem is you have reset your password now.
