Ad aware detects NoAdware5 which is on my computer as a threat & removed it. I have been using this for some time & it seems to pick up a lot of spyware, Is it really a threat itself?

OK, I reinstalled Noadware. Adwatch tagged it as malicious software. i ran ad aware again & it deleted it again. This time I clicked the log link before closing it & saved the text file which I have attached.
