I tried Registry Tuner. My subscription expired. Every time I boot up I get the Subscription Center popup. I don't want to resubscribe to Registry Tuner. Short of purging all lavasoft products from my computer, how do I get rid of this annoying Subscription Center POPUP. It slows down the boot up process, interupts mid-program, and sometimes locks up my computer. This is as bad as a virus to me. I am getting quite fed up with this.

You'll need to uninstall Registry Tuner (not all Lavasoft products) since your licence has expired.
