Hello,

I have updated to the Anniversary Edition and I am having problems with a previously working program.

My Longiton AutoRun Enterprise Edition is being blocked by AD-AWARE when starting.

It states that it is an Win32.trojan.autorun

I have to turn AD-AWARE off to run this program. I also believe that Ad-Aware caused my Computer to delete the Longiton program from my computer when I started it up. I had the program on both my laptop and desktop and the Longiton program was deleted on both and the ONLY new program that I had on was AD-AWARE. I left my desktop on over the weekend and restarted this morning and the opening screen showed a boot file cleaning and traces to the Longiton program files.

I cannot find the Trace file for AD Aware.

I have re-installed Longiton and it is working now.

Thank you
LS Andy
Hi gthelen,

Could I ask you to do the following?

1. Run a scan again
2. When the scan has completed you will be presented with the scan results screen. In the Action column, select 'Add all to ignore list' and hit the 'Perform Actions Now' button.
3. After that, find the log file of that scan by following the instructions here:

4. Reply to this topic and upload the log file - I'll be able to see more information about the detection and see about removing this file from the detection database.

Hi Gthelen,

Thanks for uploading the log file - this was exactly what I needed! This is a false positive and will be removed from detection as of today's def file update (0148.0054)
