Hi there,
I have bought a new computer and have tried to re-register ad-aware ae with the code i have but i have been told to contact lavasoft to reset my fingerprint.

Yup,
you'll need to log into the
support center and inform the support team of this and they'll send you a new code.

Do I need to be a paying customer to do this?

Yup, but you must already be one for you to have a code and for Ad-Aware to want you to reset it?

Not quite. I'm a beta tester so I haven't paid, so what should I do?

Ahh right ok, well if you haven't registered with support before you'll need to use this form:
http://www.lavasoft.com/support/supportcen...egistration.phpThen once you've done that, log into the support center and fire off a query

You should see a "contact support" link on the left hand side? If not, this might be because you're a beta tester (systems were merged but sometimes there have been a couple of 'hiccups') and so I'll try and get someone to look into it for you.

Hi Casey,
When I sign in I don't see any contact support link. There is a message when i sign into the support center which says: "You tried to visit a page that is part of the Lavasoft Support Center. To view this page, you need to be a paying Lavasoft customer. If you need support for Ad-Aware Free, please visit the Lavasoft Support Forums."
