i too have been having problems with getting definition updates. i would get message that there were no updates available.
i found this hard to believe.
so today, jun 10, i tried again..but same message.
so i decided to download manual file core.zip to see if that works.
was great...got definition file 0148.0049
one posted message on this topic....said that after they did the manual download, the automatic one worked next time.
so i will see what happens in a week or two when i do it again.

I merged your 2 posts since the 2nd is a follow-up. Definitions are updated almost daily. The current version is 0148.0051. You can check updates here:
http://www.lavasoft.com/mylavasoft/securitycenter/blog/375or here:
http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showforum=51If you're still having a problem with auto-updates, please reply here. For most, the problem was short-lived and presumed solved.

Are updates still available for 2008? I've had no luck getting definitions since June 5th. Where do I manually get the definitions for 2008? I can only find them for new Anniversary Edition.
Thanks in advance.

http://download.lavasoft.com/public/core.zipI believe 2008 and AE use the same defs. The update on June 5 was 0148.0046 - if this is what you have, I'd try the lastest which is 0148.0055.

Thanks, I updated manually and now the auto update seems to be working. Thanks again.
