I have Vista 64 and Ad-Aware Pro. It works fine for afew days, then a file "aaw7boot" appears on my C drive. I open the text document aaw7boot and it reads boot cleaner started. After this my computer will not load several programs including Ad-Aware. I cannot open Ad-Aware or many other programs. If I vgo into safe mode and uninstall Ad-Aware then my computer will boot. Also if I do a system restore the computer will boot. This happens ovewr and over again. I paid $50 bucks for this software and tech support will not answer my emails after about a week! Please someone help cause tech support sure isn't!
