HI there, I have recently brought a new laptop and wanted to install my copy of Ad-Aware AE, the install went ok but when i try to register using my serial number a prompt pop's up saying that the Hardware Fingerprint doesn't match my serial! How do i reset the hardware fingerprint?

BTW I have a years license valid from 2/2/09

hi Rhinouk,

Firstly you will need to uninstall AE from your old computer - since you can only install one copy.

Then you will need to log into the support center and explain to them your situation. They will need you new hardware fingerprint. Then they will issue you with a new license code.
