My problem includes a two-letter word.
The even log view shows an error during shut down. (Dell 8300 running WinXP)

Obviously, clicking the provided link only brings me to the site that tells me there was an error while shutting down my pc. I was able to determine that lbd is assocated with ad-aware. I removed it because I am giving this pc to someone.
I want it running properly when I give it away.
