Full Version: nothing about the program seems to be working

I downloaded the adware free anniversary edition. reboote. did 2 full scans. still barraged with adware even after taking action by removing all threats. also on main page of display panel it says the status of scan is still no scan performed. this is terribly frustrating. why is it saying i have not performed a scan? why am I still getting so many ads. Live monitoring is not working I never get notified that anything is being detected.

Not an expert here, but have you tried to un-install, then re-install? Just an idea for something that you could try on your own. Good luck.
