When I try to install, it goes almost all the through then states it will do an uninstall. I have let it do that and reboot, but it does the same thing. Any ideas?

Did you have any previous versions of Ad-Aware installed?

Please give more detail about your OS, other security software installed and any error messages produced.

Hi Casey,

Thank you for your reply. The OS is XP Pro. It has Symantec Antivirus. There was an old version of Ad-Aware that I deleted via add/delete programs in the control panel. The only other security software is Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

Sorry for the late reply! Please try disabling Symantec and Malwarebytes when you install. See if this helps.
