Hi guys,

Just run a full scan with Ad-Aware AE and it identified the file 7z457.exe as Win32.TrojanDropper.Delf when, in fact, it is the installer for the common extractor program 7-Zip. Lol you even suggest users to use when uploading zip files!

I have uploaded the installer and the scan log to a zip file for you.

Also, here is the link to the 7-Zip webpage: http://www.7-zip.org/ (the version of the file I have on my PC is a little older than the one currently available for download - so I'm not sure if the latest version is detected.)

EDIT: Just downloanded latest version to test and Ad-Aware does not detect that.

Hi!

The file has now been removed from detection. Update to def file (0148.0025) and run a scan again.

Thanks

Albin
