I had ordered Ad Aware 2008 on my old computer and I am trying to install it to my new computer. I get to the product registration, and it says something about the fingerprint has changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have struck a security feature which prevents licensed versions being installed on multiple systems simultaneously.

Please log into the licensed-users Support Center and select "Contact Support".

You will need to give them details about your AAW 2008 purchase (date, registration key, etc) and your new "Hardware Fingerprint". This is specific to your new system - when you click on "Register", you will find your own fingerprint.

Once they have this information, Support will send you a new Serial (or Unlock Key) to re-activate the remainder of your annual license.

I might also suggest that you take this opportunity to upgrade to AAW Anniversary Edition - click on "My Downloads" whilst in the Support Center and you will be directed to the download site.
