Running Ad-ware and it found the following. Please advise.

Possible Browser Hijack attempt - Malware 3

It's not malicious as such (AOL is regarded as safe) but you can safely delete them if you don't want the AOL add.

casey_boy, thanks for the response. I am interested to learn why Ad-ware picked this up as malware because I have been using the program for a very long time and this has not happened in the past?

i guess it's a bit of a false positive, but the program acts in a way in which it could be interpretated as malware. I think I might move this topic to the false positive forum - just to check.
Please try and upload the scan log in your reply to help the malware research guys out.

It's confirmed as a false positive. It will be removed from detection as of the next definition release. (0148.0024)
