I have downloaded ad-aware ae to my desktop but cannot open or run,keeps saying, wrong password (????) I am not really a techie,just trying to figure out how to download ad-aware to my computer. I had it before and downloaded it no problem,but had something go wrong with my pc and had to do a system restore(what fun!) now unable to download ad-aware. I wish I could remember how i did it last time! But it was many months ago and now would be grateful for any help. Thanks! -- Bob in RI.

You should not have to type in a password. Are you logged in as an Administrator when you download/try to install Ad-aware?
