I have already checked firewall and antivirus programs and that does not seem to be the problem. But just in case, what ports need to be open for lavasoft to connect to its servers? Also, the error occurs when launching lavasoft not when updating. It updates fine. Client's computer is connected wireless(that should not matter right?)
Already unistalled and reinstalled the lavasoft software a couple of times, still the same problem.
