Full Version: How to scan only one hardrive?

I have 2 hardrives on my computer: drive C and drive F
I want the anti-virus Helix to scan C drive only.
Please can you help me do that?
I bought the copy 4/16/2009.

Hi ed38,

I think what you have to do is click on “local protection”, “Scanner” (to see the default profiles) and “Manual selection” then expand “Manual selection” and check the drive you want scanned. To start the scan right click on “Manual Selection” and start the scan.
If you’re setting up a scheduled scan then you can select the “Manual selection” profile in the wizard. See attached..
