Hi all, Just bought and installed Aaware AE and when I open the screen and hit update nothing happens

Sorry about that, the support center has not gotten back to me yet, XP home, Nod32, the control panel comes up but when you click on update nothing happens, when I go to the start menu, lavasoft and update it will update I think but says reinitializing and never comes back up, I'm done I had the se pro for years and no problems
