been running the free version ad-aware for a couple years, and recently when running a scan, a box came up to update my version. downloaded the newest free version, Ad-Aware AE. now when trying to open and run a scan this, AAW Service.exe box opens up. " This application has failed to start because FLTLIB.DLL was not found. and it asks to retry downloading again. well after removing and retrying 10 or 12 times, I've pretty much given up. I'll admit I'm not very tech savvy, but hope I can get some help here.

This is because you are not running the latest service pack for windows xp. Please update to Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3 via Microsoft Windows Update.
