i have used the scan for about 2 years, and now all of a sudden it will stop around the 2000 mark n wont start again, so i deleted the program 3 times n redownloaded, but it is still doing the same thing. what can i do to make it work. Have mcafee virus protection n the scan says i have no viruses. ???? plz help
