Tried installing Ad-Aware SE (free) to check it out before upgrading, but application installation fails after selecting restart. The restart itself doesn't fix the problem, nor reinstalling. Redownloading installation file made no difference either. Even uninstall pops the error message up twice before completing.

System requirements for Ad-Aware state XP. Apparently ftllib.dll is an XPSP2 file. Someone really should put what level of service patch is required to run the software on the webpage. I would have waited until after I installed the service patch - as if clean reinstallations weren't annoying enough....

Oh well, back to the computer....

Yeah sorry about that, it's definitely a SP2 requisite.

A quick search of the forum would have found that, but I agree LS should have updated the specs by now.
